64% of Organizations Struggle to Recruit and Retain Service Desk Staff
Almost two thirds (64%), agreed that it is difficult to get good service desk agents to join and stay. 18% disagreed. A further 18% said they outsourced their service desk capabilities, meaning recruitment, training, and retention wasn't a direct issue for them.
